Strengthening the soul of your leadership is an invitation to enter more deeply into the process of spiritual transformation and to choose to lead from that place.  This journey is not just for "contemplative pastors" or mystics.  It is for leaders who have a job to do, places to go and people to lead.  It is for all of us!
